Disabled Persons Transport Advisory
Committee
An independent body that advises the government on the transport needs
of disabled people. It also provides advice on the built environment.

Disability Conciliation Services
DCS provides an impartial person to act as mediator to help resolve
disputes between disabled people and service providers. This service
is voluntary and a disabled person who wishes to take legal action
is not obliged to use it. Referral to the DCS is made via the disability
Rights Commission.

Committee (DEAC)
